Semillon Sauvignon-Blanc

A dry white wine composed of 50% Sauvignon-Blanc and 50% Semillon grapes, aged for 8 months in French oak barrels in the traditional Burgundy Sur lie method, by soaking on yeast. The wine has fresh, rich aromas and balanced acidity.
