Dessert Wine in Port style

This wine is created from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, aged in French oak barrels. The quality grapes were chosen from plots facing the sun that were harvested late in the season. The intense sugar concentration, a gentle squeeze, monitored fermentation and aging create a fat wine abundant with aromas of dried fruit.
